OUR BURY ST EDMUNDS (SUFFOLK) PROJECT
Our Black Dog Theatre Creation has now teamed up with the Bury St Edmunds Library to offer a new project in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk and we couldn't be anymore excited. Our group is open to adults suffering from poor confidence, self-esteem or isolation. We are now also welcoming family, friends or anyone who cares and supports those affected to join us to. We are a very friendly, supportive group who simply use performance skills to have fun and build our confidence.

Circus workshop with
Dylan Brown
We worked with local Artist Dylan Brown who is not only a trained Musical Theatre performer, but a circus performer. He gave us a small glimpse into the art of clowning about. We used balloons to learn about expressions, body language helping to build characterisation and confidence. Through the workshops, we also explored ways of building teamwork, co-operation and listening skills. It was a great insight into circus performing and we hope to welcome Dylan back again in the future to help us to develop our work further.
